Refund policy

At CÉCIE, each piece is created and selected with intention. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns for store credit.

To preserve the integrity of our pieces, returned items must be in pristine condition — unworn, undamaged, and free from signs of use. Hats showing makeup marks, fragrance, stains, or structural alteration will not be accepted.

All original packaging and materials must be included.
